This site, FaceYourManga, allowed me to create this very close approximation of me... unfortunately, there were no options for avatars of any age other than manga-teen. Go and have fun creating your own.
I decided to redo it with a more accurate picture, as I have gone back to the shaved head after seeing a picture of the back of my head in a picture...with the patchy bald spots gave me a lovely mangy look.
