Apparently, Spanky the Clown was spanking the monkey while perusing his collection of internet child porn in his spare time.
This is just one more reason for my dislike of clowns. We all have our prejudices; mine is clowns. I'm sorry... I just don't like 'em. They should all be loaded up into a tiny car and ran out of the country.
