Boy Scouts Think Discrimination Stinks! Unless They Are The Ones Doing It.

Apparently, the Scouts weren't prepared to suffer any backlash for their ban on Gays and the Godless. Oops! Maybe they should rethink their motto.
After reading their complaint, I fail to see where their first amendment right is being violated. Their right to raise money is not being denied; the venues that were previously open to them have been limited by their choice to exclude certain individuals from employment within the organization. As long as they run their organization as a private club with discriminative hiring practices, they should not expect to be given any special treatment accorded more open and public organizations.
