Cars Are Evil...

No, this is not an entry on the polluting effects or dependency on foreign oil that makes cars such easy objects of liberal scorn.

Cars keep us poor. I just got a $600 dollar bill from my mechanic... camshafted by my automobile. Every time I get a little ahead, the Detroit demon sucks it into the manifold of doom. I had to spend my daughter's orthodontic money on the car and have to rework my meager budget to try and replace the cash before her next appointment.

I have never bought a new car; I have only made payments on and assumed the life support costs on someone else's discarded model. This ongoing cash drain to keep the car(s) running also limits the chances of ever owning a new one. It is an ongoing and monetarily vicious cycle that keeps the less fortunate unfortunate. I believe that used cars are holding us all back. We need universal car care and health care!

End of selfserving need to scream into the void.

Thanks for listening.
