Just heard that Jack Palance has died. Although he's probably best known by today's movie-goers, for his Oscar-winning turn as Curly in City Slickers, I will always remember him for his wonderfully villainous role as the hired gunslingerr in Shane.
Then again, maybe he's best know for the one-arm push-ups he did when accepting his Oscar for City Slickers.
