I just read that Bruno Kirby has died. A very fine actor with a distinctive voice who had many and varied film roles; but I will always remember him for City Slickers and When Harry Met Sally... playing Billy Crystal's best friend in both.
While I am noting such passings, I would be remiss if I didn't give Mike Douglas a kind word.
I remember watching his show everyday; he was right up there with Johnny Carson and Merv Griffin as my top 3 hosts of the era.
