I was saddened to hear from Tammy, Tony and CNN that Don Knotts has died.
He was a talented actor that found his niche and made a remarkable career out of playing the nervous, over-compensating nerd. He will forever be remembered and loved by generations to come as Barney Fife.
Rest in peace, Mr. Knotts.
