A recent scientific study of bats has determined that smart bats have smaller testicles than their big-balled counterparts. Apparently, you can't be smart and extra-fertile in the bat world.

Fort Sumner, N.M. -- A mouse got its revenge on a man who tried to dispose of it in a burning leaf pile. The blazing creature ran back to the man's house and set it on fire.

The man said he caught the mouse in his home and wanted to get rid of it. "I had some leaves burning outside, so I threw it in the fire, and the mouse was on fire and ran back at the house," the man said from a motel on Saturday.

The home and everything in it was destroyed. AP
