I was saddened to hear of Peter Jennings' passing; he was one of my favorite news anchors. I always thought of him as a great success story... A high school drop-out that rose to the top of his field through hard/quality work. Plus, he always reminded me of Fred MacMurray for some strange reason.My condolences to family, friends and fans.
