Blair's new measures seem a bit oxymoronic

In response to the recent terrorist attacks, Tony Blair has announced new measures he hopes to institute to fight terrorism.

While most of them seem reasonable enough, there needs to be some fine-tuning or free expression and debate could be unduly endangered. Their current shoot-to-kill policy might need to be tweaked a bit as well; unless Blair's new slogan is gonna be "We will kill as many innocent people as it takes to protect the innocent and curtail our freedoms to ensure our freedoms!"
