Dumbya Lernt A Noo Werd...

Below is Dumbya's reaction to Amnesty International's report on human rights violations at Guantanamo Bay...

I'm aware of the Amnesty International report, and it's absurd. It's an absurd allegation. The United States is a country that is -- promotes freedom around the world. When there's accusations made about certain actions by our people, they're fully investigated in a transparent way. It's just an absurd allegation.

In terms of the detainees, we've had thousands of people detained. We've investigated every single complaint against the detainees. It seemed like to me they based some of their decisions on the word of -- and the allegations -- by people who were held in detention, people who hate America, people that had been trained in some instances to disassemble -- that means not tell the truth. And so it was an absurd report. It just is.

There isn't really anything new here. The same old bullshit that the rest of his cronies have already tried to shovel out for the masses. The only real difference is the highlighted part. It would seem that Dumbya is attempting to talk down to the press corp in a facetious manner, but I don't think that is the case at all. I honestly believe he is parroting what he was told by his handlers, and they had to explain to him what dissemble meant. Like any child (or simpleton), he repeats his new word and then proudly tells everyone what it means.

Maybe they should've expanded on the meaning of transparent, because the investigations haven't been anything of the sort.

After Highlander pointed out that I am really crappy at spellchecking myself, I went in search of the audio from the press conference. I found it at this wonderfully (or sadly) entertaining site... Dubya Speak. Sadly, Dumbya does use disassemble rather than dissemble and I was too tired/lazy to notice it when posting.
