Will Smart Cars Impress Dumb Drivers?

Ohhhh! Aren't they just too adorable. European smart cars are coming to America. Maybe John Kerry and John Edwards should get one to tour the country in (before the Bush twins do) and show just how dedicated to energy conservation they are. These aren't hybrids (hybrids are just so liberal!); these babies use gasoline.

If the smart cars don't catch on, I hear that all SUV's will have a free one in the glove box for emergencies.

On second thought...

I'm sure the republicans would use film of Kerry and Edwards getting in and out of one of those cars and put it to clown music. That is the type of campaign the Bush Family is famous for...derision and mockery rather than substance.
