It appears that Don Rumsfeld can't seem to tell Saddam and Osama apart. He managed to confuse the 2 twice during a recent speech.

Maybe the neocons are working under the assumption that, since they haven't been seen in the same room together, they are the same person.
Or they all look alike to Rummy.
