Rice Shouldn't Get Anymore Private Time With The Commission.

Condoleezza wants some more private time with the commission to attack Clarke.

If she wants to rebut or sling mud, she needs to do it in public and under oath. Bush should be insisting that she take the oath and send her to the hearings. This executive privilege facade she's hiding behind is moronic. She is a grown woman and long-time political operative; she can navigate the hearing without compromising the President's executive privilege. Bush should be happy to let her share what she has to say with the world.

No oath. No rebuttal.
