Maybe Something As Simple As A Name Change Could Settle This

John Ashcroft is being sued by Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard Convertino. Convertino claims that

a senior official in the Justice Department's terrorism and violent crimes section informed Convertino that news reports concerning the department's anti-terror efforts were not accurate and that the "press gives us more credit than we deserve." The lawsuit alleges "gross mismanagement" in the terrorism and violent crimes section.

Convertino says he complained repeatedly to the Justice Department in Washington that it placed "perception" over "reality" to the serious detriment of the war on terror.

He is seeking unspecified damages under the Privacy Act for harm to his reputation.

Maybe we can solve this problem with a simple name-change for the Justice Department. How 'bout something like...

Seems Like Justice To Us! A Division Of The Bureau of Homeland Insecurity

They can also offer to place Convertino in the Critic Protection Program that helps rehabilitate administration naysayers during this volatile time of war and elections.

We all know that, if the critics continue to speak out, the terrorists win.
