It seems that Dumbya has signed the renewal of the Patriot Act into law but decided, once again, that he would add an addendum relieving himself of any of the bothersome restrictions of Congressional oversight.

The outright attempt by this administration, on a regular basis, to dismantle the Constitution is far more frightening than any terrorist threats.
