The U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill that includes the largest cuts to federal student loan programs in U.S. history early Friday morning.

The House Republicans managed to pass it by the scum of their teeth. The bill will reduce the federal deficit by also cutting other benefit programs, such as Medicaid and food stamps, by about $50 billion over the next five years. The measure passed by 2 votes...no Democrats voted for it.

The GOP figures poor people and college grads are probably liberals anyway.
