House Of M

When I first heard of the new company-wide crossover from Marvel, I thought that it was going to star Dakota North. House Of M definitely sounded like it was going to be some kind of fashion caper, and I thought it was high time for Dakota to get her turn in the spotlight. Yes, I own the complete series; I can't deny my love for all the great b-characters.

But I digress...

I know nothing more than what I read in the press releases and on various comic sites. What I do know is that any story that has Iron Fist and Moon Knight in the promo shots, is going to be bought and read by me. I love what Bendis has done with Luke Cage and hope that he can do likewise for my other faves.

Of course, both DC and Marvel have jumped at the chance to use just such beloved b-characters as cannon fodder (See Countdown To Infinite Crisis and Avengers Disassembled...with Bendis firing the shots for the latter) for dramatic effect in their current efforts; so I might be sorry for what I wished for.
