Do You Really Want Clarence Thomas To Be Chief Justice?

With the announcement that Chief Justice William Rehnquist is being treated for thyroid cancer, it gives us pause to think about how imperative it is to get John Kerry in the White House.

In a recent biography of Thomas, the author revealed that White House lawyers have interviewed him as a possible choice for the position. If that isn't enough to frighten you, think of how many openings on the court could occur during the next 4 years; most of the justices are getting up there in years. Dumbya could create a faith-based supreme court.

We all know that Pat Robertson has been urging God to smite 3 of the more liberal judges. Apparently, there was some sort of paperwork snafu that resulted in Rehnquist's cancer... I'm sure God meant it for Justice Stevens.

If Dumbya manages to wrest this election away from Kerry, we know that Pat and Jerry will get to work on finding replacements to help Dumbya make the transition to a theocracy go much smoother.
