Being a Bush-hating cynic, I can imagine Dumbya was showing more than conservative compassion when he rushed down to help Jeb and look concerned for the unfortunate victims of Charley's devastation. They will certainly attempt to get help to these people faster than ever before to create a positive image of the brothers Bush.
I'm guessing that Karl Rove will try to see that all of the FEMA checks will have Dumbya's picture on them; probably with a brief message: Don't thank me now; thank me in November.
Not that Dumbya would ever think to use such a disaster for political gain. Heaven forbid.
