They Should Get Marge Simpson To Endorse It.

Las Vegas now has a Monorail to help ease traffic on the strip. At a cost of $650 million, it would seem to be Marge Simpson's nightmare made real; but I think it will probably pay for itself in the long run.

I wonder how Las Vegas taxi drivers feel about it. Maybe they should run ads emphasizing the fun of sharing the monorail with all of the drunken gamblers.

I loved this endoresment...

K.C. Dehning, 44, a pastor from Warsaw, Indiana, said the $10 he paid to use the monorail all day was a deal compared the money he would have spent on cabs.

Great, the pastor is in Vegas riding the monorail all day to get to all of the casinos; that's a very Norman Rockwell picture... better check the collection box.

This pastor loved going to Vegas to see Star Trek The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. I have also enjoyed the NASCAR Cafe, the roller coaster at New York, New York, the fountains of the Bellagio and many other free activities. In all of the trips I have taken to Vegas, I have not played a single game.

K.C. Dehning - now 49, but no longer in Warsaw, Indiana

That's a relief! I wish I could have visited Star Trek: The Experience.

No insult intended; it seemed an amusing image ripe for a goofing on.

By the way, if your no longer in Warsaw, does that mean you moved to Vegas!?

Since Star Trek: The Experience left Vegas, is there a reason to go anymore? I guess there are all of the other free things ...
