John Kerry accused Dubya of using the issue of terrorism to scare people into voting for him.
Whether or not the people will catch on to this pathetic attempt by the administration to frighten them into re-electing Dubya is another story.
That is why I always refer to the Office Of Homeland In-Security. They spend a great deal of time feeding our insecurity while trying to reassure us that they will take care of us. It is a cheap play for votes.
