I'm glad Christopher Priest made mention of Dubya's not-ready-for-primetime-tie during his press conference Tuesday night; I thought my TV was on the fritz. Talk about a wardrobe malfunction! He goes on TV to address the nation regarding the most serious of subjects and wears a tie that electronically undulates during the whole thing. Maybe it was some sort of hypno-tie to win everyone over to his way of thinking (or lack thereof).
