The court has yet to decide whether or not the hastily passed law to "save" Theresa "Terri" Schiavo is constitutional or not, but Jeb's lawyer thinks the judge has already made his decision. The governor hopes to have the case moved to Tallahassee; the reasoning for this isn't clear from the article, so I can only surmise that he hopes he has more influence on nearby judges?! Excuse the obvious subjectivity of that last statement; my disgust for Jeb's messiah complex was showing.
