A candlelight vigil!? For Michael Jackson!? What the hell is wrong with these people!? I don't give a freeze dried rat's ass about his innocence or guilt...but to hold a candlelight vigil over this crap is absurd. The nitwit isn't sick (in a physical sense) or dying just charged with a crime. They need not lose sleep or their appetites; if things don't go well in the legal arena, Michael can move to France and room with Roman Polanski.
Up 'til now, I haven't said anything about this whole situation because it all seemed to easy for mockery and disgust. He may very well be innocent of the charges, but that doesn't mean he is innocent of continuing to put himself in situations that result in this kind of accusation. If he can't bring himself to stop the slumber parties, he should at least take measures to protect himself.... have the parents chaperone or have other reliable adults observe. Speaking of parents, was the family involved in the allegations Amish!? How could they not know that this could be a possible outcome or allegation of their kid hanging out at Neverland? Have they never had contact with the outside world? If Michael is found to be guilty, then they should be charged with something also. If Michael is found to be innocent, then all of his so-called friends and family should stage some sort of intervention with the guy; because he is certainly mentally and emotionally in need of serious help. He is going to become his generation's Elvis.... and not in the good way.
