cattle, mash, medley, fr. far a sort of grain. See Farina.]
A mass composed of various materials confusedly mixed; a
medley; a mixture.

A confounded farrago of doubts, fears, hopes, wishes,
and all the flimsy furniture of a country miss's brain.
